Annotation Studio is provided as-is for research and educational purposes. We strive to keep the service reliable and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every analysis result will be error-free.

Your content

You own your research data. Annotation Studio does not claim any ownership rights to the projects, sources, annotations, or other content you create in the app.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and analyze the materials you add to your projects.

Acceptable use

You must not use Annotation Studio for illegal purposes or in ways that violate applicable laws, infringe others' rights, or disrupt the service for other users.

Account termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or use the service in abusive or fraudulent ways. You may stop using the service at any time.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown at checkout. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the billing portal in Settings.
